Dear all,

here is some important information regarding the finalization of the

Autonomous Agents course:

¤ Competition Schedule:

According to your answers I've put together a schedule for

the robot competition event on tuesday, please see the attached file. I hope this will work for everyone.

¤ Robotic projects report:

In order to pass the course each project group is required to hand in a

brief report about their activities in the robotics project part.

Describe how you solved the assignments (1 and 2), what strategies you

employed, software and hardware design etc. Do not forget to attach the

source code of your programs as well.

The grading of your robotics project (you may be given 1, 2, or 3 extra

points for creativity which will be added to your total score on the

course) will depend on this!

Hand in the report via email to krister.wolff@chalmers.se, NO LATER than

the 3rd of June 2008.

¤ Returning of the robot kits:

You should also return your robot kits. The procedure for this is as

follows:

1. Take apart your robot and put the components belonging to the Boe-Bot

kit in its box.

2. Put any additional components that you have bougth (or ordered from

me) in a plastic bag (if you bougth parts on your own expense you can of

course keep them). Also put the BasicX board in this bag.

3. Compare the contents of your Boe-Bot kit with the Boe-Bot parts list

(Appendix E) in the manual (Robotics with the Boe-Bot). Make a list of

missing/broken components. Put also this list in the Boe-Bot box.

4. Return everything to Krister as soon as possible. This is a

requirement for passing the course! Note, however, that I will be away

from May 31st to June 7th. I will report your grades to the

administration as soon as possible after that.

¤ Course evaluation:

Please, fill in the course evaluation form if you didn't do that already:

Best regards,

Krister
